Baccarat is the game of choice for VIP casino players worldwide — and now you can enjoy the same experience right from your phone. fly99 offers a wide range of live Baccarat variants with real human dealers, HD streaming and RTP of up to 98.9% on the Banker bet.
Three main Baccarat betting options — understand the odds and house edge before placing your bet.

If you've ever walked into any major casino in Asia, you'll notice one thing — the Baccarat tables are always the busiest. That's no coincidence. Baccarat offers one of the lowest house edges in any casino, and it's straightforward enough to play without memorising complicated strategies. Those two reasons alone make it the number one choice among Malaysian players at fly99.
Many people assume Baccarat is a game for the wealthy or as complex as Poker. It's actually neither. Baccarat is one of the simplest table games on fly99 — all you need to do is choose whether the Banker or Player will have a card value closer to 9. Players don't make any card decisions, and there are no complex strategies to memorise. Every card outcome is governed by fixed rules.
At fly99, Baccarat is available across more than 30 live casino table variants, all featuring real human dealers from Evolution Gaming — the world's leading live casino provider. From standard tables with bets as low as RM 5 to Platinum VIP tables with limits up to RM 100,000, fly99 has an option for every type of player. Choose your table based on budget, playing style, or your preferred variant.
What Malaysian players love most about Baccarat at fly99 is the authentic live casino experience. You can chat with the dealer in real time, watch cards dealt by real hands, and follow the scoreboards from previous rounds — all within a clean, easy-to-use interface right on your phone.
How Baccarat Card Values Are Calculated: In Baccarat, cards 2 through 9 are worth their face value, Aces are worth 1, and 10s, Jacks, Queens, and Kings are worth 0. If the total of two cards exceeds 9, only the last digit counts — for example, 7+6=13 gives a hand value of 3. The strongest hand is an 8 or 9, known as a "Natural".
This is the most common question from new Baccarat players on fly99 — and the answer is straightforward: the Banker bet has the highest win probability in Baccarat, at approximately 45.86%, compared to Player at 44.62% and Tie at 9.52%.
That's why casinos — including fly99 — charge a 5% commission on winning Banker bets. Even so, after factoring in that commission, the house edge on the Banker bet is still just 1.06%, making it one of the highest-RTP bets in any casino game. Compare that to the Tie bet with its 14.4% house edge — it looks tempting with an 8:1 payout, but mathematically it's a very poor choice to bet on consistently.
Fly99 also offers No Commission Baccarat tables, where no commission is charged on Banker wins — however, a Banker win on a value of 6 pays only half (0.5:1). This variant appeals to players who prefer not to calculate commission on every winning hand.
Choose the variant that best suits your playing style and budget.
RTP is based on the Banker bet. Actual results may vary from session to session.
Baccarat is often misunderstood as a game that relies entirely on luck with no room for strategy. That's only partly true — the outcome of each round is indeed random and there's no way to predict the next result with certainty. That said, there are specific approaches to managing your bets and bankroll that can help you play longer and smarter at fly99.
First things first: don't put too much stock in "streaks" or patterns from the scoreboard. A common mistake among fly99 Baccarat players is betting based on patterns they spot — for example, assuming that after Banker wins five times in a row, Player is "due" for a win. This is a misconception. Every round of Baccarat is independent and random.
That said, scorecards are still useful as context — not for predicting the future, but for understanding the current pattern of play. fly99 displays full scoreboards including the Big Road, Big Eye Road, Small Road, and Cockroach Road to help players who enjoy analysing trends.
The simplest and most recommended strategy at fly99 Baccarat: bet exclusively on Banker throughout your session. The 1.06% house edge is among the lowest in the casino, and even with the 5% commission, the long-term return is still better than randomly alternating between Player and Tie bets.

This system doesn't change the house edge, but it helps you manage your bankroll more consistently while playing at fly99.
Double your bet size after every loss, then return to your original stake after a win. Designed to recover losses with a single win. Requires a substantial bankroll and carries the risk of hitting the table limit during a long losing streak.
Add one unit when you lose, subtract one unit when you win. Safer than Martingale because increases are more gradual. Ideal for fly99 players who want to play longer on a limited bankroll.
Double your bet size when you win — not when you lose. You capitalise on winning streaks to maximise gains, while losses are limited to your original stake. A popular strategy at fly99 Baccarat tables.
Follow the betting sequence of 1 unit, 3 units, 2 units, 6 units after each consecutive win. If you lose at any stage, restart from 1. It keeps your risk in check while letting you ride a winning streak.
Bet the same amount every round regardless of previous results. The simplest, lowest-risk approach — ideal for stretching your fly99 session on a limited bankroll.
Bet Banker every round, no exceptions. Consistently take advantage of the lowest house edge (1.06%). Even with the 5% commission, it remains the mathematically optimal choice at fly99 Baccarat tables.
Of all the Baccarat variants available at fly99, two stand out as clear favourites among Malaysian players — Lightning Baccarat and Speed Baccarat. Each offers a distinct experience, and both have compelling reasons behind their popularity.
Lightning Baccarat is a revolutionary variant from Evolution Gaming that introduces random multipliers into standard Baccarat. Each round, between 1 and 5 card values are randomly selected and assigned multipliers ranging from x2 to x8. If the winning hand contains any of these enhanced values, your payout is multiplied accordingly. Imagine betting RM 100 on Banker, and the Banker's card value hits an x8 multiplier — your winnings could reach RM 760 (minus commission) compared to the usual RM 95. Now that's a rush.
Speed Baccarat is built for players who want to fit more rounds into less time. Unlike standard Baccarat, which allows around 45 to 60 seconds per round, Speed Baccarat wraps each round up in just 27 seconds because the card peeling and squeeze ritual is skipped entirely. All cards are revealed instantly once the betting window closes. For fly99 players who love fast-paced action, Speed Baccarat is the perfect fit.
It's worth noting that the RTP for Lightning Baccarat is slightly lower than Classic Baccarat — the multiplier feature comes at the cost of a higher commission. That said, many fly99 players feel the potential for multiplied winnings makes the trade-off worthwhile, especially when the high multipliers are hitting.
